By train:
The closest train stations to the distillery are Overton or Whitchurch which are serviced by trains originating from London Waterloo and Salisbury.
If you need to get a taxi from either station to the distillery, we recommend booking in advance as due to the rural locations of the nearby stations, there are no taxi ranks or taxis waiting.
From Overton station the distillery is a 2.5-mile walk along London Road in the direction of Whitchurch.

If you need to get a taxi from either Overton, Whitchurch or Micheldever station to the distillery, we recommend booking in advance as due to the rural locations of the nearby stations, there are no taxi ranks or taxis waiting. We also recommend contacting a company for a quote when planning your journey.

Our team will be able to help with taxi numbers if you need them and we have also listed a few options below so that you can request a quote before booking:

Laverstoke Mill is situated between Overton and Whitchurch on the B3400 (London Road) in Laverstoke. If your Sat Nav does not recognise the postcode RG28 7NR, then use RG28 7PH and please park in the main distillery car park next to the entrance. Rather than a Bombay Sapphire cocktail as the complimentary drink at the end of the tour, drivers can enjoy a complimentary non-alcoholic cocktail and then collect a gift pack from the Gin Shop. Please plan your trip in advance and enjoy Bombay Sapphire Gin responsibly.

The 76 bus from Basingstoke or Andover stops right outside the distillery.

If you want to treat someone to an experience, but don’t know the time and date that they can visit, we offer gift cards which are sent out by post, as well as e-vouchers which come via e-mail and can be printed off.

Simply click on  ‘Gift Cards‘ on the homepage and select the option you wish to purchase, followed by the amount you wish to give. They are valid for redemption for 24 months from date of purchase.

As we are a working distillery, please ensure you’re wearing sensible footwear – open toed shoes or high heels must not be worn on the distillery tour

All major credit and debit cards are accepted when making a booking. We cannot accept cheques.

We do not accept cash payments. When visiting us, payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards or Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Tickets must be booked online in advance on https://www-bombaysapphire-com-staging.bacardistaging.com/distillery/ – you can search by date or required experience to make your booking.

You will receive a booking code on the confirmation screen and in an e-mail sent to the lead guest who made the booking. You need this booking code OR the card that you paid for the booking with to be able to enter the distillery experience.

You only need the booking code or the bank card you booked with to be able to enter the distillery experience once you have pre-booked in advance. You don’t need to print your booking confirmation, you can just show the booking code on your phone if this is easier for you.

Yes – we offer concessions for those aged 65+, military personnel with a valid military card, blue light emergency services with a valid card and students with a valid student card. Simply select a concession ticket when booking online and bring your relevant identification with you when visiting us.

Our Discovery Experience is a hosted tour including a complimentary drink which lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

For the Gin Cocktail Masterclass you visit will begin with a Discovery Experience which takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, followed by the masterclass which takes an hour.

In summer, we are open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 18:00 with the last Discovery Experience entry at 16:00. On Friday, Saturday & Sunday we are open from 10:00 to 20:00 with the last Discovery Experience entry at 18:00.

In winter, we are open Monday To Thursday from 11:00 to 18:00 with the last Discovery Experience entry at 16:00. On Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 to 18:00 with the last Discovery Experience entry at 16:00.

Our experiences do have both an indoor and an outdoor element, please plan for the weather.

As we are a working distillery, please ensure you’re wearing sensible footwear – open toed shoes or high heels must not be worn on the distillery tour as you will be entering our stillhouse as part of your experience.

The Discovery Experience and the Gin Cocktail Masterclass are both conducted in English.

If you are driving, instead of a complimentary cocktail, you can opt for an alcohol free drink and a takeaway pack. You can read our social responsibility policy here.

We have a car park with 85 spaces including 5 disabled parking spaces. The car park is located on site at the distillery. Please do not park in Marsden Court, Laverstoke Lane or at the Kingfisher Community Centre as cars that park here may be clamped and we want to minimise our impact on village life.

The Mill Bar is a beautiful space with two floors of differing levels, a mezzanine and a terrace alongside the river. We are open for guests on our experiences to purchase cocktails, as well as those who just wish to visit for a drink without booking onto an experience.

We have a licensed Gin Shop where you can find all the ingredients and equipment you could need to make a Bombay Sapphire cocktail at home.

Guests are welcome to visit the Gin Shop without booking an experience ticket.

We also have an online shop offering a range of products which can be shipped domestically only to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping.

We politely request that guests do not consume their own food and drink at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. (With the exception of water, and food/drink for babies and young children.) As the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is a licenced premises, guests are requested not to bring their own alcohol as this cannot legally be consumed on our site.

The Bombay Sapphire Distillery is proud to say that it offers full access to disabled guests and this has been a major factor in the design of the distillery experience. If you require the use of a wheelchair please contact our team in advance at hello@bombaysapphire.com or call 01256 890090

All paying disabled guests can bring a carer free of charge to the distillery. If you require a free carer ticket, please book your tickets by calling 01256 890090, or by emailing us at hello@bombaysapphire.com. Please note that we may ask to see reasonable documentation of disability on the day of your visit so please bring this with you, and that free carer tickets do not include a complimentary cocktail.

Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are allowed on our site. We will make reasonable adjustments to the distillery visitor experience to ensure that disabled persons including those with guide dogs and other assistance dogs have a positive experience and, above all else, remain safe.

If you are a guide dog assisted person, please contact us in advance highlighting your specific requirements so that we can endeavour to deliver a positive visitor experience.

Children are welcome on the Discovery Experience at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery when accompanied by an adult. Please supervise them at all times as this is a working distillery and in the outside areas there is a river flowing through the site with varying depths. Once you are on the tour, the entire group must stay with their host until the tour concludes. If your children wish to leave the tour at any point, please advise your host so that they can ask another member of our team to collect you.

Please ensure when booking online that tickets are booked for any children under the age of five, even though they are free.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on our Gin Cocktail Masterclasses, please plan your visit accordingly.

We operate a challenge 25 policy so anyone who is lucky enough to look under 25 will be asked for photographic ID – please note that we can only accept an original and not a copy or a photograph of the ID.

We welcome dogs to enjoy our outside terrace when accompanied at all times by their owners but unfortunately (with the exception of assistance dogs), they’re not allowed into any of our inside spaces, including our cafe, or onto our experiences.

• Find a date and time with availability (the codes will be valid for Sunday to Friday)
• When you input your details, enter the code below into the voucher code box
• You will receive an e-mail with a booking confirmation code
• Please bring your booking code to the distillery

If you have not yet received your booking codes from Red Letter Days / Buy A Gift, you need to follow the instructions from them and visit their website.

We have space for one coach at a time at the distillery so all coach groups must book in advance. Coaches must be no more than 12m in length. All coach groups must be booked in advance and adhere to our group travel policy.
