Master Distiller’s Marvellous Martini
This kooky cocktail blends Star of Bombay gin with Noilly Prat Vermouth infused with English field mushrooms & pink sea salt, shaken with our home-made bay leaf cordial & coconut water. The martini is then garnished with a lemon peel twist.
Tonutti Frutti
This bright, fruity cocktail combines Star of Bombay with MARTINI Ambrato & sweet Edmond Briottet Fraise des Bois (wild strawberry liqueur), briefly shaken with a lemon wheel & cranberry juice, garnished with a sprig of peppery watercress.

This Martini & gin & tonic hybrid combines Bombay Sapphire, Noilly Prat Vermouth & Schweppes 1783 Light Tonic along with freshly peeled carrot slices & coriander leaf to create a refreshingly creative gin & tonic twist.

Longparish Iced Tea
A sweet and smoky version of the classic Long Island Iced Tea which actually contains a local tea. Twining’s Lapsang Souchon brings a warm woody flavour, then mixed with Bombay Sapphire, fresh lemon juice & Fever Tree’s vanilla-enhanced refreshingly light Madagascan Cola.
Freefolk Fizz
We use fresh local ingredients in this cocktail which combines Bombay Sapphire with the rich earthy flavours of carrot with uplifting citrusy coriander and sweet honey, then lengthened with Fever-Tree Soda Water.
Oakley Fashioned
A gin expression of the classic Bourbon Old Fashioned sipping cocktail. Wonderfully versatile Bombay Sapphire works really well with the fruity, honeyed aromas of Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky which is aged in oak barrels. This is balanced with a sweet Maraschino cherry and topped with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Aromatic Tonic.
Newfound Star
This Bees Knees modern interpretation is tantalising & evocative. Star of Bombay is shaken with orange blossom honey, fresh lemon & orange juice, which pulls on the bergamot orange peel, one of the two additional botanicals in Star of Bombay.
Wessex Wanderlust
This well-travelled short drink combines Star of Bombay with Benedictine liqueur, almond milk, cloudy apple juice & a grating of fresh nutmeg to create a silky-smooth texture that pulls on the ambrette seeds, one of the two additional botanicals in Star of Bombay. Not suitable for imbibers with nut allergies.
A New Tradition
An exquisite expression of the quintessential English classic, the Gin & Tonic. Bombay Sapphire is lengthened with Fever-Tree Tonic, then complemented by the addition of fragrant ginger root & enhanced by the aroma of freshly awoken mint.
Fino
Simply put – a Spanish gin Mojito! Bombay Sapphire works wonders alongside slightly salty Manzanilla dry sherry, fresh lemon wedges, freshly picked mint leaves all brought together into balance with chilled Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade which also adds an elegant effervescent texture.
Strawberries No Cream
Sam’s favourite word – transmogrification! This is what happens when you combine a few different ingredients so that the resulting flavour is something entirely different. Here, the blend of pink grapefruit, vanilla & Bombay Sapphire equals chocolate! And what could be better with chocolate than strawberries?
Basil Blush
The addition of blueberries, basil & pink peppercorns to a mix of Bombay Sapphire & Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic creates a lingering fruity fragrance with herbaceous but warming flavours.
Spanish Riviera
Take yourself on a journey to the south of Spain & imagine yourself sipping one of these whilst sat on the beach overlooking the deep blue sea. Bombay Sapphire provides that journey with almond syrup, fresh lemon & Blue Curaçao orange liqueur, shaken & served in a ‘Nick & Nora’ glass. Not suitable for imbibers with almond nut allergies.
Shaken & Starred
When ordering a Martini cocktail you usually get asked if you’d like it ‘shaken’ or ‘stirred’. But why not have both? With our ‘Shaken & Starred’, we shake our Star of Bombay along with quality cubed ice & Bergamot Liqueur then stir in the MARTINI Rosato Vermouth afterwards to create the perfect dilution for the cocktail.

Star of Bombay combines with citrusy pink grapefruit juice, Bottlegreen Plump Raspberry Cordial & a pinch of spicy pink peppercorns, then lengthened slightly with MARTINI Prosecco to create a complex & well-balanced celebratory cocktail.

Our seasonal expression of the wartime classic cocktail – the ‘French 75’. Star of Bombay is combined with freshly squeezed tangy lemon juice, balanced with sweet sugar syrup, then lengthened with MARTINI Prosecco and topped with a star anise. It’s an elegant, refined, uplifting tipple, perfect for any celebration.
Starmalade Martini
The complex bitter-sweet notes of a classic British orange marmalade are brightened and balanced with fresh lime juice, MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth and Star of Bombay.
Classic Collins
Bombay Sapphire perfectly balances with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar, served long with cubed ice and chilled Fever-Tree soda water – vibrant, bright & tantalising. A well rounded and balanced tipple showcasing sour citrus, floral sweetness and flavoursome botanical notes.
Star Martini
An avant-garde twist on a classic cocktail; Star of Bombay is enlivened over cubed ice with Noilly Prat Vermouth and Angostura Orange Bitters, then slowly strained into a chilled martini glass. We enhance the flavours with a spritz of natural orange peel oils, to make an uplifting and tantalising expression of a classic Martini.

Our expression of the wartime classic cocktail – the ‘French 75’. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is combined with freshly squeezed tangy lemon juice, balanced with sweet sugar syrup, then lengthened with MARTINI Prosecco. It’s an elegant, refined, smooth and uplifting tipple, perfect for any celebration.
Rasp-beery Collins
This Peroni-forward beverage brings raspberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar into balance with beer, then enhanced with botanical richness from Bombay Sapphire. It makes a vibrant cocktail with zingy citrus and fruity tones and is exceptionally engaging on the palette.
Orange & Peppercorn Twist
This Gin & Tonic twist combines Bombay Sapphire, Franklin & Sons tonic water, black pepper and orange in the right proportions, creating a refreshing, uplifting Gin & Tonic twist with interest & intrigue. Tri-Mai-Chai
A Pandora’s box of exotic botanical flavours – Bombay Sapphire is shaken with warming homemade chai tea syrup and orange juice, then harmoniously balanced with MARTINI Extra Dry. A complex sipping drink, perfect for relaxing by the river.
Thyme On Our Hands
A simple adaptation of the classic gin & tonic, Bombay Sapphire and limoncello are shaken with a fresh sprig of thyme and topped with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, then balanced with a freshly squeezed lemon wedge.
The Thoroughbred
Unlike a trusty steed, this cocktail’s got a spicy kick. Fever-Tree ginger beer is brought in line with a dash of Angostura bitters, some fresh fragrant lime and Bombay Sapphire. It’s then bound together with seasonal cloudy apple juice.
Royal Blue
Like our iconic blue glass bottles, this cocktail stands out for all the right reasons. Bombay Sapphire is perfectly balanced with lemon juice, MARTINI Bianco, Creme de Cacao Blanc (chocolate liqueur), and Blue Curacao (orange liqueur), creating a chocolate-orange sensation.
Pomade
Nothing to do with the hair product, but enticing nonetheless! ‘Pomade’ is a delicious combination of sweet, fruity pomegranate juice and Fever-Tree lemonade, mixed with Bombay Sapphire and sharp redcurrants creating a tantalising balance of flavours.
Cloud Nine
A longer, more uplifting expression of the classic Dry Martini, the Cloud Nine incorporates Bombay Sapphire, MARTINI Extra Dry, Orgeat (almond) syrup and cloudy apple juice. It’s then awoken with a spritz of MARTINI Prosecco.
Chai Tea Tonic
This warmly spiced Gin & Tonic twist perfectly incorporates homemade chai tea syrup and citrusy lime wedges, lengthened with Franklin & Sons Indian tonic water to draw out the spices.
Berry Spice
A loose adaptation of a refreshing Tom Collins- squeezed lime wedges are combined with Bottlegreen spiced berry cordial and Bombay Sapphire, then topped with effervescent Fever-Tree soda water to create a long, intriguing, seasonal cocktail.
Positive Libations
The most ‘jamazing’ cocktail we have at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. Shaken and served in a jam jar – Bombay Sapphire combines with a spoon full of strawberry jam, lemon wedges, MARTINI Rosato Vermouth and ice. It is the ‘jamtastically’ topped up with fizzy MARTINI Prosecco.
Martini Rocks
A playful adaptation of the all-time-classic gin tipple – The Martini Cocktail. Served ‘on-the-rocks’, Bombay Sapphire is stirred with MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth and home-made rosemary sugar syrup. A green olive and brine brings everything into balance.
Garden Game
A complex amalgamation of Bombay Sapphire, pineapple and freshly squeezed lemon juice are shaken really well with peach liqueur and fresh tarragon leaves to provide just a hint of anise to this botanical-rich cocktail with real longevity of flavour.
Brambled
This sublimely delicious, tantalizing and effervescent gin and tonic twist incorporates Bombay Sapphire, Fever-Tree lemon tonic water, and a gently squeezed wedge of fresh lemon. It’s then laced with Chambord, a sublime black raspberry liqueur.
The Grape Gatsby
Uniquely, Bombay Sapphire is shaken well with muddled frozen red grapes, a lemon wedge and some fresh fragrant home-made lemon thyme sugar syrup to create a fruity but herbaceous sipping drink which really evokes all of the senses
