- 50ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset
- 100ml Fever-Tree Tonic Water – chilled & freshly opened
- 1 orange wheel
- 1 star anise

- Large gin balloon glass

Fill a balloon glass full of cubed ice

Place in the orange wheel & star anise

Measure & pour in the Bombay Sapphire Sunset

Carefully add the tonic water then fold/ stir to combine

Gin & Tonics are often garnished with citrus wedges or peels but don’t forget that there are a plethora of spices you can add as a garnish – we’ve used star anise in this one so get creative and find your favourite!
