Bartender top tips
I take inspiration from lots of things throughout the day, whether it be chefs on TV or other cocktail recipes I see online. This cocktail takes inspiration from a recent trip to Italy where I had Tutti Frutti ice cream. Our Master of Botanicals of 38 years is called Ivano Tonutti, he is the talented man who sources all of the 10 botanicals of Bombay Sapphire directly from the farmers around the world.
It only took my mind a split second to make the jump from Tutti to Tonutti. Sometimes cocktail creation is as simple as that!
