Mediterranean Glasshouse
The iconic intertwining Glasshouses are a real highlight at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. Designed by Heatherwick Studios, they provide guests with the opportunity to experience the ten exotic botanicals infused into Bombay Sapphire gin through two separate structures, providing both a hot humid environment for spices that originate from the tropics, as well as a dry temperate space for Mediterranean plants.
