Ingredients
- 50 ml
Bombay Citron Pressé - 20 ml
Freshly pressed lemon juice - 20 ml
Orange liquer - 10 ml
sugar syrup - 1/2
egg white - 1
fresh lemon peel
Method
- Shake all ingredients over ice
- Strain into chilled coupette glass
- Garnish with lemon peel thumb
