Consumers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this promotion (“Promotion”).

The “Offer” available for this Promotion is a free 25ml Bombay Bramble & Schweppes Tonic in England and Wales at the outlined Greene King pubs.

No more than one Bombay Bramble voucher may be used in one session. This offer is subject to availability and the manager reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Cash value of this voucher is £0.000000001. This voucher is not transferable. We remind customers to drink responsibly.

Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

Who May Take Part

This Promotion is open to residents of UK aged 18 or over.

This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Greene King employee vouchers or Greene King friend & family vouchers.

If you order using the Greene King app you must purchase another item at the same time in order for the transaction to be processed.

If you are using this voucher in one of the ‘Very High Alert Level’ areas, you will need to purchase a main meal with your free G&T as a legal requirement.

How To Enter

To enter, consumers must follow the below steps:

  1. Consumer clicks on a sponsored Instagram or Facebook post communicating that a complimentary Bombay Bramble & Schweppes Tonic is on offer within Greene King pub
  2. Consumer must enter date of birth details on the promotional microsite www-bombaysapphire-com-staging.bacardistaging.com/ginandtonicday and press enter on landing page to pass age gate and proceed to the sign-up page
  3. On the sign-up page, consumer will be asked for the following details on sign up: First and Last Name and email address
  4. Consumer checks a tick box to agree to these terms and conditions and Bombay Sapphire’s Privacy Policy available on www-bombaysapphire-com-staging.bacardistaging.com/privacy-policy/
  5. Consumer receives thank you, instruction to check email inbox
  6. Consumer receives an email with code to redeem offer & participating venue locations
  7. Consumer to visit selected participating venue during Promotional Period
  8. Consumer shows team member code to redeem offer or enter the code when prompted on the order & pay app*+
  9. Team member serves complimentary Bombay Bramble & SchweppesTonic

Limitations / Restrictions On Entry

The Offer is limited to one Bombay Bramble & Schweppes Tonic per person. This will be monitored by only allowing one redemption per email address. Duplicated links may not be issued, nor redeemed within the Promotion.

The Promotion is only valid for the dates as specified in these Terms and Conditions and no compensation is payable if the consumer is not able to redeem this offer in one of the participating pubs within the promotional period (including but not limited to bar closures as a result of COVID-19).

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, corrupted or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. Personal data must be true.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk entries, entries by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to submit entries), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any reward will be void.

Greene King Pubs

The consumer may only redeem the offer within the following Greene King pubs, the offer is only valid within these pubs and cannot be redeemed in any other Greene King pubs, this promotion is not valid for any Scottish pubs.

Consumers are advised to pre-book directly with pubs to avoid disappointment and to check if desired venue is open or subject to opening time restrictions due to Covid-19.

Liability

The Promoter will use the personal details supplied by consumers on entering this Promotion to administer and run this Promotion; and may send relevant promotional communication post the campaign where the consumer has consented to receive them. In all cases, consumer’s personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection laws. The Promoter shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for any expenses accrued by the consumer in order to redeem their offer.

The Promoter accepts full liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently, or for any other losses that cannot be excluded at law. Otherwise, the following exclusions of liability will apply. References to the “Promoter” in this Liability section include all of the Promoter’s associated companies.

The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:

  1. any postponement. modification or cancellation of the Promotion;
  2. any changes to the offers or the way in which they can be used;
  3. problems with the dispatch of the offers (such as a offer failing to reach the intended recipient);
  4. invalidating any affected entries.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given under applicable law:

Cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, and/or
Invalidate any affected entries; and/or
Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

All intellectual property and database rights, in the Promoter’s Facebook page, the Promoter’s Instagram page, the Promotion Application, and our materials published on them excluding so-called “user generated content” but including, without limitation, trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials, look and feel and software (including code, interface and website structure) (“Materials”) are owned by the Promoter (or its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners).

The Materials are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world.

All such rights are reserved and it is strictly prohibited to remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any Materials.

Governing Law
  1. This Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including in relation to the offer), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and consumers irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that consumers resident in Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland.

    If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document referred to in these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

    If any part of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    Any website on which these Terms and Conditions are posted is only intended to be accessed from the UK and where permitted by law. The Promoter makes no representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
